Review: Film Divergent

Tuesday 2nd September 2014
Hiya!:)
So today I'm going to be doing a review of the film Divergent as I just watched it and its freaking awesome!(May contain spoilers)
  1. This thrilling action-adventure film is set in a world where people are divided into distinct factions based on human virtues. Tris Prior is warned she is Divergent and will never fit into any one group. When she discovers a conspiracy by a faction leader to destroy all Divergents, Tris must learn to trust in the mysterious Four and together they must find out what makes being Divergent so dangerous before it's too late.
I absolutely loved this film, I honestly think this is one of the best films I have ever seen. I love the suspense in the film that comes well with humor. The sexual tension between Thor and Tris is just.. wow. When they kissed I think I may have let out a girly scream which I literally, never ever do.
This film has exactly what anybody would want in a film. Action, Romance, Humor, Thriller. The film is about there being 5 factions: Abnegation, Erudite, Dauntless, Amity and Candor. They have to do a test to find out which one they belong in, Tris get's told she's a Divergent, someone who doesn't belong in one faction. The next day they get to choose which faction they will live in. Because remember, Faction before Blood. Tris chooses Dauntless, The Brave. But how is she going to make it through it whilst making sure nobody finds out she is Divergent.
I absolutely loved this film and I can't wait to read the books, it's got everything I love in a film, even when something bad is happening they manage to throw in a bit of humor. I love the mystery in this book and I love being able to work it out.
I know this isn't really detailed but I wanted to get something up for you guys!
Bye! Miss you already!:)

August Favorites

Saturday 30th August 2014

Hiya!:)
Welcome to my 2014 August favorites.
So my first favourite would have to be the one of the Technic pink lipsticks, I did look on the packaging but I can't seem to find an number or name of the colour, so I'm really sorry about that!
I really love this shade of lipstick, it's super pigmented and lasts along time. The shade isn't to bright nor to light so it's perfect for any event. If I'm having a "no make-up day" I'll just put this on because it adds colour, I feel like it lights up the face, makes your skin look really healthy. It's a matte shade as there is no shimmer or sparkle

My next favourite would have to be the 'Chit Chat' blusher which yet again doesn't have a colour name or code. Although the picture isn't very clear the one I love is the light pink with slightly raised mixed shapes, I use this blusher all the time and it takes so long for it to run out, I have had the one I'm currently using since February, meaning 6 months and it still hasn't run out. I haven't had to re-buy this as it's largely shaped so I don't loose it. It makes your skin look healthy, it has a slight shimmer so it's not exactly matte but it just makes your skin look better
My next product is the 'P.S Love' Pencil Eyeliner which is literally perfect! It glides on smoothly, doesn't easily smudge and stays on for 10-12 hours. This is what I've been reaching for for a while, over my Rebel Eyeliner which I used to think was God's gift to man. It out lines your eye perfectly, and comes with a handy sharpener. I literally love this, it doesn't smudge and if my eye waters it only smudges a tiny bit, which literally can be fixed with my finger. I highly recommend.

So off of the beauty related things and onto Random things. Lately I have been obsessed with Harry Potter, I have read the first three for the about 100th time in 4 days which I'm really proud of. I love Harry Potter, I've even joined the site 'Pottermore' I'm just that cool. Honestly, J.K Rowling should be so proud of herself for the Harry Potter series as it is truly magical and sucks you straight in and I might be doing a review soon, so look out for that.

The next thing I have been loving is..
Troye Sivans 'My Happy Little Pill' and Christina Perri's 'Human' I have been listening to the both of them constantly on repeat and I think I'm honestly in love with them both. They are such inspirational songs and they certainly reach home for me, when I discovered them both I instantly had them downloaded.

So here's my August 2014 Favorites, I hope you enjoyed and do comment below what your favorites are. I do recommend trying/listening/reading everything I mentioned until next month ciao!
Bye! Miss you already!(:

Beauty: Drug Store

Thursday 28th August 2014
Hiya!:)
So today I'm going to enlighten you with a few Drug Store products that I love.
Nobody wants to spend a lot on make-up and that's why we have drug store brands. My favourite would have to be Revlon as I find they are very pigmented, stay on your face for a long time, cheap and they look like high-branded products.

For the face

I would advise the 'Revlon Colour stay foundation'. There's tons of shades to choose from so you'll definitely find your colour. The price that I usually pay is around $9.98 from most Drug-Stores. It's an matte formula and is perfect for oily skin.
To cover up any spots, redness etc I'd use the Maybelline Fit Concealer, you can buy it from most Drug Stores although not all for around $4.99 so super cheap for such good coverage and it doesn't cake itself on either but the Drug Store close to me didn't have many shades so I'm not sure if there is alot?

For the eyes:

I would advise the 'Maybeline Colour Eye Tattoo Cream Eye Shadow' they are very reminiscent of the Mac Paint Pots unlike most cream eye shadows they don't feel sticky on the eyelid, they can get applied really easily ans sometimes you don't even need an brush as you can use your finger. There are many shades and is extremely pigmented. You can find them in most beauty related stores for around $6.99
'Rimmel London Eyebrow Pencil' They have all typed of shades so you can find the right one to match your eyebrows, it glides on the skin easily and fills in extremely well. It doesn't look fake when applied it looks how your eyebrow should I don't really spot them in shops but you'll definitely find them in your local drug store for around $10.00 may seem a lot but it lasts along time
'Loreal Hip Eyeliner' With Eyeliner I don't really use different ones as I use the ones I know. Lately I have been reaching for this a lot more as it lasts all day and is an replicate to the Urban Decay 24/7 liners. They glide on your skin really well and it doesn't feel watery and you can find them just about any where for a really cheap price at $3.99
Loreal Voluminous Mascara: This mascara puts high-branded one to shame. I must have brought this over 7 times by now as it does everything a mascara should. It makes the lashes look thicker, longer and fuller. The Mascara wand isn't too long or short as it reaches those pesky small lashes in the corners of your eyes. Get if from most places for around $5.85

For The Lip:

Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick: I'd say that Revlon do the best lipsticks on the market. I find that all of them are super pigmented and they glide on quite easily which is hard to find in an Drug-store lipstick, you wont on you lips need an lip balm underneath it because it's not drying. They are creamy and smooth which makes it easier to glide along your lip and have many matte shades along with shimmer shades. It costs around $6.50 from any beauty based store.
Revlon Just Bitten Lipstain: These are such good lipstains and these are the ones I reach for if using an lipstain. They are highly pigmented and have many different shades I have brought this many times but even when I put a lip balm underneath it I find it very drying. $7.50 from most beauty based stores.

So this is a few of my favourite Drug Store products I have had to cut it down by ALOT as I went on a massive ramble. If you would like some more of these show it some love, and comment below you favourite Dug Store make-up and some tips&tricks.
Bye! Miss you already!(:

Review- Website: Wattpad

Tuesday 26th August 2014
Hiya!:)
So today I am going to grant you all with a Website review of Wattpad please feel free to state your oppinions in the comment section but please no offensive comments/
So as I have been a fellow wattpader for the past 2 years with several different accounts, many deleted stories and a few books I have read I can probably say that I know alot about Wattpad.
Wattpad is a site for people who are 13 or older to read and write their own books. So basically, people off all ages write their own books in the hopes that people will like, comment and continue reading their books whilst reading other books.
Like any Social Media site it sometimes brings down small arguments because of lacking to upload blah, blah blah. But other then that it is a nice, safe website that I encourage people of any sex and age to join as although in the books there might be sexual content and swearing there are age restrictions on books, and the 'Wattpad Team' try really hard to make it a safe and reliable site.
There are impressive writers on there, honestly, I would say are better then some of the books that are published! Of course we get the fan-fictions which hardly anyone pays attention to, but oh well.
There are so many categories to make sure you find books that you want to read and the authors pour their hearts and souls into them. They make covers, research, edit, upload, trailers ect just to make sure that those who are reading get everything and more from the book they are reading.
People can literally get like 91 million reads on their books. Yeah I have a pretty biased opinion considering I pretty much live and breath because of the website and I spend like 3 hours a day on the website but that's beside the point. I have pros, and I have cons here are just a few.
Pros:
-Being able to write your own story
-Unlimited stories to read
-FREE!

Cons:
-A few people that hate on literally, EVERYTHING
-Too many fan-fictions
-It's hard to start at the bottom

Theres pros and cons to everything and it's hard for me to say some about Wattpad but what I can say is that the only Con I think is a definite one that I absolutely dislike is the fact that people don't give other books a chance. If someone were to see a book with only 123 reads they wouldn't click it.

So go check Wattpad out and tell me all of your pros and cons in the comments below!
Bye! Miss you already!(:

Music- Love&Hate

                                                                                                              Monday 25th August 2014
Hiya!:)
DesperatelySeeking here and I am really sorry for the lack of uploads but I've been really busy with school work and things so as it's the summer break I thought I'd upload something for you.
So these past.. 2 weeks? I have been really into music. I'm not even joking. I've been listening to random songs all the time, taking a bath, eating, watching T.V. Do you have any idea how hard it it to listen to music and watch 'Big Bang Theory' at the same time?
I'm more of a pop music kind of girl and I will listen to anything and everything (Have any song requests? Comment below!) but I like more upbeat music with a cool music video. That's where I start listening to music, the song can be really good but if you've got a bad music video I can't bring myself to listen to it again. Here's some of my favourite songs right now:

Demi Lovato ft Cher Lloyd- Really Don't Care
Sia- Chandelier
Jasmine Thompson- Run
Imagine Dragons- Demons
Birdy (The fault in our stars)- Not about angels
Ella Henderson- Ghost
John Legend- All of me

I for one is not able to just like one song nor have favorites as there's to many songs out their from different categories. But when I like a song I'll listen to it repeatedly until I can no longer carry on listening to it.
Songs I simply can not stand right now:

Naughty boy- La la la
Lorde- Royals
Harlem Shake
PSY- Gangnam style

So comment down below songs you love/hate and I may mention you in my next blog post
Bye! Miss you already(:
